In Kirchheim near Munich, ULVAC Germany operates an extensive warehouse to be able to support you quickly and reliably. Main spare parts in different
categories (A, B and C parts) are held in stock. [A = Consumables / B = Fails 10% of the time / C = Fails < 5% of the time] We can supply you with required components and accessories, spare parts as well as consumables and oil/greases.
Genuine ULVAC spare parts and consumables are optimized to assure longest lifetime of parts and respective vacuum equipment avoiding any preliminary wear and tear. This leads to highest longevity and reliability and prevents costly tool downs of your vacuum equipment. Either by ULVAC’s own inhouse manufacturing or including third party companies as necessary. Do you want to keep certain spare parts in stock at your place or as on demand items? No problem, we will do it for you as part of our parts management solutions. You have no risk and the certainty that your spare parts are always in stock on time via short delivery routes.

If needed we can provide standard backing plates for ULVAC Tool, manufacture customized plates after drawing or just send in your own backing plates for bonding in our premises.
