Do you want to send in your vacuum equipment for routine service, regular maintenance tasks, repair, or upgrades to our workshop?

Just contact us and we will assist you quickly and professionally with the most appropriate service solution.
To ensure a smooth handling of repair/overhaul matters, please follow these 3 simple steps:
- BEFORE sending the units, please fill in, sign, stamp and send us the “Contamination Declaration”
Please prepare a separate decosheet for every device (ONE for EACH) and send by mail to the following address ulvac@ulvac.de
You will get information, where to send the unit - All devices shall be packed safe for transport to avoid any transport damages and handled in accordance with applicable laws. For devices with vacuum inlets/outlets (e.g. vacuum pumps): These need to be professionally sealed in order to avoid any degassing. For contaminated equipment use blanking flanges, alternatively for uncontaminated product use heavy gauge tape.
- Please make sure EACH box has the transport documents / delivery note / Contamination Declaration attached with a pouch like shown here on the outside. Documents should show serial numbers, sender, reason.
If you send all units in one box, one pouch is enough. - Send the units with all relevant document to the address given in the response mail.
Are you using ULVAC’s measurement product line up like our G-Tran series gauges?
Regular service and calibration of your ULVAC-device could be a critical point. This is a pre-requisite to collect reliable and meaningful data output in order to ensure highest process and product quality. We can support you with relevant spares for you own onsite replacement like sensor heads in different variation but also with inhouse calibration services. The calibration service will be performed according to national/global standards with traceable state-of-the-art equipment. A corresponding test certificate is part of the service and will be issued and handed over as documentation. Just send in your devices as described in the Hub-repair section.
