ISO Certificate ISO 9001:2008

After several months of preparation and two months special effort within the ULVAC team ULVAC GmbH, Germany succeeded to get the ISO Certificate ISO 9001:2008. Top management as well as each employee was involved and trained to fulfill the criteria. The auditor from TÜV Süd, Munich spent 2 days within 3 weeks; during first visit inspection and audit requirements were discussed, during the second visit the final audit was executed.
We are proud that we achieved this goal and will do our utmost to keep and improve our quality standard for the advantage of existing and new customers as well as supporting the company’s internal structure and philosophy for the total quality management (TQM).
Many thanks to all UG members and our president Takaaki Yamaguchi for providing the required resources as well as for their hard work.
Most important fact is that our customers in Europe will benefit from the implementation of the QM system by fast reaction times, improved claim management and optimization of inquiry and order processing to achieve highest customer satisfaction.
